Shipping All orders are shipped USPS Ground with a tracking number that is emailed out upon shipment. In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days, while made-to-order pieces ship in 1–2 weeks. All items in a single order ship together once complete. USPS Priority shipping is available for an additional fee. Currently, shipments are limited to the United States. Salt & Pine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages; please ensure delivery addresses are secure. To avoid problems, please make sure you are home the day of delivery and/or have your package sent to a secure address.
Returns & Exchanges All sales are final and non-refundable. Questions about size, fit, or materials should be addressed before purchase, as cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. Jewelry Care My pieces are made to be worn and loved, but please remember to take care of them. To preserve each piece and its finish, avoid water (pool, ocean, shower), perfumes, and lotions. Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Proper care helps maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.
