The shipping address for sending your materials for your custom jewelry piece will be provided via email once your order is placed.

Sea Glass
Sea glass is a natural material and may contain unseen fissures or weak spots. While crafted with care, there is a small risk of breakage during drilling or assembly. Sea glass should be clean, dry, and securely packaged. If possible, include multiple pieces. Fragile or irreplaceable pieces should be sent only if comfortable parting with them. Custom orders acknowledge that Salt & Pine cannot be held responsible for any breakage, whether during shipment or piece creation.

Sand
Sand should be dry and securely packaged in a Ziploc bag or a small, non-breakable container with a tightly sealed lid. Please include approximately 1 tablespoon of sand. If your sand is irreplaceable, send only what you are comfortable enough to part with.

Packaging & Shipment
All materials must be dry and securely packaged for transit. Please follow the directions given for your chosen material. Label each box or bag with your name and order number, and securely package all materials in a sturdy box or mailer. Shipping via USPS with insurance and tracking is strongly recommended.

Timeframe
Once materials are received, please allow 4–6 weeks for completion. Timelines may vary depending on the type of materials and current order volume. Custom pieces are crafted and shipped in the order materials are received. If you need your piece sooner, please get in touch before placing your order to see if your deadline can be accommodated.

Shipping
All items in a single order ship together once complete. Free shipping is available on orders of $55 or more via USPS Ground, with a tracking number emailed at shipment. USPS Priority shipping is available for an additional fee. Salt & Pine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages; please ensure delivery addresses are secure.

Unused Material Return
Any unused materials, whole or fractured, will be carefully returned with the finished jewelry unless otherwise requested.

Returns & Exchanges
Each Salt & Pine custom piece is one-of-a-kind made to order. Custom pieces will naturally vary, making every design unique. All sales are final and non-refundable. Questions about size, fit, or materials should be addressed before purchase, as cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. Placing an order constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these policies.
